Music at Robin Hood Primary School
Music is truly the universal language and at Robin Hood we aim to ensure that everyone is joining in the conversation. Children are exposed to a wide variety of musical styles and instruments from guitars in Year 6, violins in Year 5 to whole school singing, performance and dance. Particularly we have recently been capitalising on the mental health benefits of involvement in the music curriculum, helping to improve mindfulness, wellbeing and the ability to engage with music on a multifaceted emotional and intellectual level.
