Online Safety - Keeping your Child Safe Online

ESafety:

Miss Gascoigne is the school’s eSafeguarding Leader. If you have any problems or concerns, please do not hestitate to contact school.

Learning about how to stay safe online is very important. At Robin Hood Primary School we make sure our pupils are aware of the risks of being online and what they can do to keep themselves safe. We have a set of SMART rules which the children are expected to follow at home and in school to make sure they stay safe online.

On this page we have gathered a number of resources, documents, videos and links to other websites to help you successfully navigate through the ever changing face of the internet. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school. We would be only too pleased to give you any help or advice about keeping you and your children safe whilst online.

National Online Safety:

The online world is posing an ever-increasing risk to children, and it is important that schools, parents and carers work together to take an active role in teaching children about online dangers. Learning how to act safely when using the internet is an incredibly important part of safeguarding our children.

We are therefore delighted to announce that Robin Hood Primary School have shown our commitment to protecting our pupils online by working with National Online Safety- providing resources for all parents and carers.
